I love fall. It's quite possibly my favorite time of year. I love the cool crisp air, the leaves changing color, and the smell of wood stoves and camp fires while people hold onto the last cool evenings before winter hits.
After moving into my Condo 2 1/2 years ago, I resolved that would decorate for my favorite seasons. So far I've kept up with that promise to myself. So, once fall is here my collection of glittered skulls and skeleton garland comes out and our banister is decorated with branches, sunflowers, leaves and skull garland.
Usually I've done my decorating by now but with the addition of our new baby girl and the fact that my seasonal decorations are living in a storage unit a few miles from here, I haven't had a chance to display them.
Today Dave's going to resurrect my decorations while I care for Sadie and research the perfect recipe for apple crisp (gotta use up those apple's from our picking a few weeks ago!). Until then, I'm going to reflect up past Halloween decorations.
